Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

You'll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by evaluating responses, rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely by zooming in and replaying to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rate each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and provide written explanations in English.
