Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain why a given output diverged from the prompt.

The role supports remote work from multiple countries and offers pay per hour with additional incentives. Contributors review images, videos, and audio outputs, rating adherence, quality, and realism, then provide written explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing specific English explanations that point to observed issues.
