Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models and score outputs, then explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all from home.

This position supports evaluating images, videos, and audio to help improve AI systems. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to articulate evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Detail-oriented with the patience to review audio and video outputs.
• Experience explaining observations in concise, evidence-based terms.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models, then rank how natural and useful each one sounds.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in and replay to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Write a specific English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
