Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

You will compare generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better and where improvements are needed, all remotely on your own schedule. As part of Outlier’s evaluation framework, you’ll help shape AI behavior by providing precise, evidence-based feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise English explanation detailing what was observed and why.
