Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely on a flexible schedule.

Contributors review AI outputs for accuracy, realism, and adherence to prompts, providing targeted feedback that helps improve AI systems. Compensations are performance-based with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals, artifacts, or misaligned audio.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write a written explanation in English citing what you saw or heard.
