Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by engaging in live conversations with AI voice models and scoring outputs. You’ll compare image and video pairs, judge adherence to prompts, and write concise explanations of issues observed, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll help improve AI reasoning by providing structured feedback, while enjoying flexible hours, monthly access to leading LLMs, and earnings that reflect expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze conversations and media quickly.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows prompts better and explain why.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like distortions, motion glitches, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed and why a choice was made.
