Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs for naturalness and adherence to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Remote, flexible hours allow you to work from home or while traveling. Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, pay close attention to detail, and can provide concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
