Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

You’ll rate naturalness and adherence, describe issues in writing, and help improve AI systems. The role offers flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios in a natural way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live English conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and write a concise English explanation.
