Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media for quality and alignment with prompts. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As a 1099 freelance opportunity, you will be paid weekly with rates up to $15 per hour. This role invites applicants from multiple countries and supports work-from-anywhere flexibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear explanation in English.
