Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, ranking outputs for quality, realism, and alignment with prompts.

The freelance, 1099 contract role offers up to $15 per hour plus incentives, with weekly payments. Applicants from the United States and other eligible regions can apply, working from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something is off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Writing explanations in English describing observed issues.
