Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and write explanations of what looks off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Work fully remotely with flexible hours and pay up to $15 per hour. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with weekly payment options and additional incentives based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to listen closely.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear English explanation.
