Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what looked off in writing, helping improve AI performance.

Contributors work from anywhere with no minimum hours, earning up to $15 per hour. Paid weekly; you also get free access to leading LLMs and opportunities to participate in diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flicker, or misalignment and explaining issues in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing a concise English explanation of observed issues.
