Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours. Pay is up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments and additional incentives. You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve by providing precise evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor’s degree or above (nice to have).
• Comfortable discussing realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
