Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible remote schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong.

Role involves rating adherence, quality, and realism across images, videos, and audio, providing concise explanations, and working entirely on your own schedule from home or while traveling. Payments are weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Applicants from listed regions: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs carefully to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatches between audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a specific English explanation of observations.
