Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely on your schedule. You will lead live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, remotely from your location.

Work from home with flexible hours and weekly payments. You will help guide AI systems to perform better in real-world scenarios by providing precise feedback and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural each sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
