Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers who can hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media, and explain what’s off. This remote role offers flexible hours, weekly payments, and the chance to influence AI systems’ real-world performance from anywhere.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to articulate concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review closely.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to articulate decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating each exchange.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot artifacts, distortions, or misalignments.
• Writing a written explanation in English referencing observed details and evidence.
