Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, helping improve how AI systems reason and respond in real-world tasks.
Ideal candidates are fluent in English, have strong attention to detail, and can articulate concise, evidence-based explanations.
Qualifications
- Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
- Able to think on your feet and describe realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
Responsibilities
- Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
- Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
- Inspecting outputs—including zooming in and replaying—to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or misalignment between audio and video.
- Providing written explanations in English detailing what was observed.
