Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare image and video outputs to judge which follows prompts more accurately.

You will write clear, written explanations in English about what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI systems. The role is freelance with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to explain decisions in writing clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise English explanation.
