Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what’s off in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Evidence-based explanations or reviews are valued; clear decision-making when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with a written explanation in English.
