Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by evaluating outputs, ranking realism, and writing concise explanations. This is a freelance, 1099 role with flexible hours and weekly payments, plus access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Writing a specific explanation in English describing what was seen or heard.
