Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems while you work on your own schedule and from anywhere. Contributors receive payment per hour, with access to leading LLMs and ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening/observation.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain conclusions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging how well they follow prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, then writing an evidentiary English explanation.
