Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what stood out in writing. This helps shape how AI systems reason and improve in real-world use.

You’ll evaluate naturalness, adherence to prompts, and visual/audio quality, reporting findings clearly. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with pay per hour and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Provide specific, evidence-based explanations in English.
