Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours and pay up to $15 per hour, plus additional incentives. You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve by providing clear, written explanations of your assessments.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing specific explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
