Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing. The role helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and judgments.

We offer remote work with flexible hours and payments weekly. Applicants from multiple countries can participate, with compensation up to $18 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, conversational English and thinking on your feet.

Responsabilités

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was observed.
