Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off or sounded unusual.

Work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments. You’ll compare image and video pairs, identify issues like artifacts or misalignment, and provide clear explanations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to explain observations succinctly.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review outputs carefully.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
• Writing a precise English explanation of what was seen or heard and why a choice was made.
