Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and payments up to $15 per hour plus incentives. You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through careful evaluation and written feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to explain findings in writing with evidence-based explanations.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and rating how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
• Engaging in common evaluation tasks including image, video, and caption labeling reviews.
