Outlier is hiring for a remote role that pays up to $15 per hour to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what went wrong, all on your own schedule.

The work emphasizes detail, clear written feedback, and the ability to judge how well outputs follow prompts. Flexible hours and remote work from multiple countries are offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication ability.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with a written English explanation.
