Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video results, and describe what looks off in concise English explanations.

This remote opportunity offers flexible hours and weekly payments. You can work from anywhere with US participation, and earn up to $15 USD/hr plus incentives based on project requirements and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.
• Capable of thinking on your feet and talking through realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flicker, or misalignment.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
