Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail, the ability to reason through realistic scenarios, and a background in clear written reviews. Earn up to $15 USD/hr with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
