Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos against prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape how AI systems reason, learn, and perform in real-world tasks. This role offers flexible hours and payments via common methods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment of audio/video.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
