Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare images and videos for prompt accuracy, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off — all remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain findings in writing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
