Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score responses, and explain inconsistencies in writing. This role shapes how AI systems learn by providing precise feedback.

Contributors review images, videos, and audio, then deliver written explanations. Remote work with no minimum hours and pay per hour vary by project and expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in or replay to spot problems like artifacts or misalignment.
• Write a concise explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard.
