Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to determine which adheres to the prompt best.

Participants review outputs, explain what looked or sounded off, and work remotely on a flexible schedule. This role helps shape AI systems to reason, learn, and improve for real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to explain findings in concise English.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like artifacts or misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
