Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your evaluations help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve in real-world tasks. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail and the ability to provide concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above; not strictly required.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text errors or audio mismatches.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
