Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and write explanations of what looked or sounded wrong to help improve AI that performs better in real-world tasks.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with excellent written communication and sharp attention to detail. Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a specific English explanation.
