Job summary

FullStack, an AI-native engineering partner, seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams and turn AI opportunities into production solutions. You will diagnose business problems, architect end-to-end agent systems, and deliver real-world AI integrations across client workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development across stacks and 1–4 years building production AI systems, with strong English and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack.
• 1-4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation across business workflows.
• Architect & design agentic systems end to end, including orchestration and tool integration.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integrations.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, release planning.
• Consult: defend decisions with CTOs/VPs and support pre‑sales scoping.
