Upstream USA is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to advance AI across the organization. This remote, 12-month fixed-term role will embed with teams, identify use cases, prototype practical tools, and drive adoption. You will build scalable AI components and ensure responsible use with guardrails and cost stewardship.

You will lead enablement, training, and governance efforts, partnering with DAT and other departments to measure impact and promote safe, effective AI use across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Embed with teams to map end-to-end workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Prioritize and scope AI use cases based on impact, feasibility, adoption, and risk.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions and lightweight apps.
• Develop AI training materials and foster adoption across Upstream.
