Job summary

Talentify is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the AI Enablement program across multiple locations, including Austin, Chicago, Urbandale, or fully remote. The role focuses on building reusable AI capabilities, templates, and workflows, working with AI coaches to scale solutions and accelerate adoption across teams.

You will partner with enablement leads to convert successful use cases into shareable assets, documenting best practices and onboarding resources while measuring adoption and asset

Qualifications

• Python expertise for AI enablement tools.
• Experience with GitHub and AWS is a plus.
• Familiarity with LangChain, RAG and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the AI Skills, Agents, and Templates Hub.
• Develop reusable AI skills, agents, workflows, and starter templates.
• Create onboarding material, documentation, and best practices.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of AI enablement requests.
• Support AI coaches in packaging and scaling solutions.
• Measure adoption, maintain asset quality, and coordinate releases.
