Job summary

GW&K Investment Management seeks an AI Technology Specialist to enable firm-wide AI adoption and integration. You will configure, connect, and troubleshoot integrations that let AI tools securely access GW&K data, supporting enterprise enablement across the organization.

The role focuses on building agentic workflows, custom agents, and supporting governance, policy, and training within a fast-moving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in a technical/integration role.
• Experience designing AI tooling and solutions portable across models/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, configure, and onboard AI vendors and data connections with IT & Compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve AI data connectivity and integration issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AI data integrations and MCP connections.
• Create and manage agentic workflows and autonomous agents across data, tools and models.
• Deliver training and documentation for approved AI tools and practices.
• Track adoption, ROI, and budget metrics for AI initiatives.
