Job summary

Applause is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to drive AI adoption across teams. You will build a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows, then implement them by standing up tools, wiring integrations, training users, and tracking impact.

You will work closely with the CTO and Chief Architect on the broader AI vision, while you own execution, ROI, and adoption across remote teams in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, DS, engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in AI/LLM implementation, workflow automation, or related hands-on role.
• Able to write and modify code for simple internal business applications; production-grade code not required.
• Experience building integrations or automations (Zapier, Make, APIs, or low-code/no-code).
• Familiar with modern AI tools like Claude and Copilot and applying them to workflows.
• Comfortable working across non-technical teams to scope and deliver workflows.
• Strong communicator who can train and troubleshoot with non-technical users.
• Very comfortable in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Build monthly AI workflow roadmaps and deliver them across departments.
• Implement tools and automations; integrate AI into core systems.
• Train teams on workflows and monitor adoption and ROI.
• Track usage and cost; report monthly progress to CTO.
