Fieldguide is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead a world‑class, globally distributed recruiting function. You will design scalable hiring systems, build an employer品牌 that attracts top talent, and drive AI-enabled processes to sustain rapid growth from 200 to 600+ employees across engineering, GTM, and other functions.

You’ll partner with founders and executives to align hiring with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development: Build, coach, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed talent acquisition team.
• Employer Brand and Talent Marketing: Contribute to an employer brand that resonates in competitive markets and design candidate experiences.
• Systems, Tooling, and AI-Powered Operations: Improve recruiting processes and dashboards with AI as a default accelerant.
• Your First Year: 30 Days, 30-60 Days, 60-90 Days milestones to stabilize recruitment and scale globally.
