Job summary

HugeInc in the United States seeks a Director of AI Product Strategy to lead the Product Strategy team, bridging product management, business strategy, design, and technology to design and ship end-to-end digital experiences and orchestrated AI workflows.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, guide MVPs and roadmaps, and work hands-on with cutting-edge AI tools to transform client operations while balancing user goals and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital agency or consulting setting.
• Proven track record shipping large-scale consumer digital products.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and agentic design.
• Delivery-focused with shipped AI experiences beyond labs/POCs.
• Knowledge of deterministic vs probabilistic systems and how to design for them.
• Working fluency with cloud/LLM ecosystems: Google Cloud/Vertex AI, Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end orchestrated AI agent workflows for consumer and client operations.
• Own the lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Translate complex requirements into clear narratives for executive clients.
• Partner with Designers, Engineering, Program Delivery, Marketing, and Client Partnerships.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and foster a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as trusted advisor and SME in client engagements.
• Balance business requirements with end-user needs and goals.
