• Experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, TDD, CI.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Zebra products, markets, channels, and customers.
• Advocate for customer voice and feed feedback into development.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to analyze feedback, tickets, and market trends for pain points.
• Leverage Generative AI to draft PRDs, user stories, and release notes.
• Use AI/ML models to simulate roadmaps and prioritize backlog by ROI.
• Deploy AI agents to monitor competitors and market shifts.
• Drive demand generation with regional product and marketing teams.
• Own lifecycle management for assigned product lines including end-of-life plans.
• Define and manage products following NPI process.
• Identify emerging tech for differentiation.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Provide recommendations to influence distribution strategy.
• Support product launches with clear value propositions.
• Deliver product training to sales and support teams.
• Collaborate with development to ensure on-spec delivery and plan beta sites.
