Zebra Technologies is seeking an Advanced Product Manager for a remote role in the US. You will shape our product offerings, leverage AI to accelerate market research, backlog grooming, and PRD creation, and guide product strategy across global markets.

Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of SW applications relevant to the use of the products for the markets and use cases enabled by the products.
• Experience with AI-driven tools, such as machine learning-based diagnostic systems, virtual assistants, or predictive maintenance solutions to improve customer support operations.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience with software development best practices including Scaled Agile, TDD and Continuous Integration; a track record of applying these methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a deep understanding of Zebra's products, competitive landscape, distribution channels, and customer needs.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer, integrating their feedback into product development processes.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Utilize AI tools to aggregate and analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and market trends to rapidly identify user pain points and feature opportunities.
• Leverage Generative AI to draft Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes, ensuring high quality and faster time-to-market.
• Use AI/ML analytical models to simulate roadmap scenarios, forecast feature impact, and prioritize the product backlog based on objective ROI and user value metrics.
• Deploy AI agents to continuously monitor the competitive landscape in the Task Management space, summarizing key competitor updates and market shifts.
• Define and execute demand generation initiatives in an effort to drive realization of product revenue plans in collaboration with regional product and marketing.
• Owns product lifecycle management for assigned product lines including tactical execution, managing customer requirements, developing and driving end of life plans and execution of inventory objectives.
• Define and manage product offerings following the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Drive innovation by identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to create competitive differentiation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.
• Provides recommendations to influence distribution strategy to meet market needs.
• Supports product launch by providing a comprehensive understanding of the value proposition.
• Deliver product training to sales, sales engineers, technical support and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Works closely with development teams and other key stakeholders to oversee new product development to validate development is on spec. Identifies beta site targets and drafts and implements plans.
