Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of SW applications relevant to the markets and use cases enabled by the products.
• Experience with AI-driven tools to improve customer support and operations.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Scaled Agile, TDD and CI; applying these methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Zebra's products, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer and integrate feedback into product development.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders for alignment.
• Use AI tools to analyze feedback, tickets, and market trends to identify pain points and features.
• Leverage Generative AI to draft PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
