Job summary

This remote US role emphasizes delivering customer value and driving revenue through strategic lifecycle management.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, leverage AI tools for PRDs and requirements, and mentor junior staff while aligning with market needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of SW applications relevant to the markets and use cases.
• Experience with AI‑driven tools to improve customer operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience with Scaled Agile, TDD and Continuous Integration; a track record of applying these methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Zebra's products, competitive landscape, distribution channels and customer needs.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer; integrate feedback into product development.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders for alignment.
• Use AI tools to analyze feedback, tickets, and market trends for pain points and opportunities.
• Draft PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes with Generative AI.
• Run AI/ML models to simulate roadmaps and prioritize backlog by ROI and value.
• Monitor competitive landscape with AI agents; summarize updates.
• Define and execute demand gen to support revenue plans.
• Own lifecycle management for product lines including end-of-life plans and inventory objectives.
• Follow NPI processes for new offerings and ensure on-spec development.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Provide input on distribution strategy and product launch support.
• Deliver product training to sales and support teams.
• Collaborate with development to validate development against spec.
• Identify beta targets and execute plans.
