You will leverage AI (Generative AI, LLMs) to accelerate market research, backlog grooming, and documentation while collaborating with global teams. The role is remote within the US.

You will own roadmap prioritization, conduct competitive analysis, and influence product strategy across regions, driving revenue through effective demand gen and launches.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Knowledge of software applications for product markets and use cases.
• Experience with AI-driven tools to improve customer support operations.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with SAFe, TDD and CI practices.

• Develop deep understanding of Zebra products, market and customers.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer in product development.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to analyze feedback, support tickets, and market trends.
• Draft PRDs and user stories with Generative AI and maintain release notes.
