Job summary
Sparkrock, a leading provider of ERP and product platforms for social benefit organizations, seeks a .NET Chief Architect to drive technical strategy and product direction. In this 100% remote role, you will codify architecture, standards, and prototypes, while guiding teams and leveraging AI-assisted coding tools.
You will mentor developers, collaborate with platform teams, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across enterprise SaaS deployments.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- 15+ years of experience in .NET development.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- 5+ years on an enterprise SaaS development team.
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools in day-to-day work.
- Experience with ERP product development.
- CI/CD pipeline setup and containerized apps.
- Strong English communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate designs to ensure alignment with product standards.
- Define technical standards and participate in code reviews.
- Code complex solutions and prototypes, leveraging AI tools.
- Define and manage product release processes and architecture docs.
- Mentor developers and act as platform technical expert.
