Job summary

Sparkrock is seeking a high-performing .NET technical leader to join our 100% remote team. You will shape and deliver enterprise SaaS products, leveraging AI-assisted tooling in day-to-day development, and mentor other engineers across the platform.

You will evaluate designs, define coding standards, and drive release processes while collaborating with senior management to ensure product quality and strategic alignment. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years in .NET development.
• 5+ years in full-stack development.
• 5+ years on an enterprise SaaS team.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools in daily work.
• Experience implementing unit/integration tests.
• CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• Containerized applications experience.
• Strong English communication and attention to quality.
• Ability to mentor and collaborate with senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical designs to fit product standards.
• Evaluate and suggest new technologies for the product.
• Define coding standards; participate in code reviews.
• Code complex solutions and prototypes.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools daily.
• Define and manage the release process; document architecture.
• Deliver deep dives to solve complex problems; ITDs.
• Mentor developers and act as platform subject-matter expert.
