Job summary

Sparkrock is a 100% remote organization helping social benefit organizations reach their full potential through ERP and product platforms. We seek a high-performing .NET technical expert who embraces AI-assisted coding as part of daily work.

You will evaluate designs, set standards, mentor developers, and lead end-to-end technical initiatives across our SaaS products, collaborating with senior leaders while delivering robust, scalable software and modern automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development.
• 5+ years of full-stack development.
• 5+ years on an enterprise SaaS development team.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted / agentic coding tools in daily development.
• Hands-on experience implementing unit/integration tests in backend and frontend.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• Hands-on experience with containerized applications.
• Proven track record interacting with senior management.
• Strong English communications; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical designs to ensure alignment with product standards.
• Evaluate and suggest new technologies and platforms for the product.
• Define coding standards; participate in code reviews.
• Code complex solutions and prototypes.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools in day-to-day development.
• Define and manage the product release process; document architecture.
• Deliver deep dives to solve complex problems and develop ITDs.
• Mentor developers and interact with teams as platform expert.
